It is no secret that a successful Cross Country season starts in the off season. We’ll be out all summer 5 days a week building a strong base for the Fall. So whether you are a freshman just getting started, a newcomer to distance running, or a XC veteran please join Coach Louderback, Coach Wagner, Coach Sigvaldson and I at as many of our summer runs as possible. The runs are not mandatory but they are highly recommended
